Vacancy for a Land Consultant.
The purpose of the Expert is to recruit a Consultant to support the RARS Project and its beneficiaries in the development of collection and cultivation of medicinal and aromatic herbs during the selection process of farmers' communities for sub-grants under the Small Grants Program (hereinafter -SGP) of the Project.
Requirements:
Higher education in the field of land surveying and registration of the right to real estate;
At least 5 years of experience in land surveying, cadastre and similar systems;
Experience in working with maps of different scales (scanning, correcting scanned map, georeferencing);
Experience of cooperation with relevant government agencies;
Ability to travel frequently to the regions of the country;
Possession of quality to cope with heavy workloads;
Computer literacy; knowledge of Microsoft Office based programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other MIS programs.
Knowledge of Russian and/or Kyrgyz language
Responsibilities:
