Public Fund "Rural Delopment Fund" within the framework of the project "Improving the management of the Chychkan Gorge in Kyrgyzstan" announces an open tender for the provision of translation services for the period from May 1, 2022 to May 31, 2023.
Translation language: English - Russian/Kyrgyz, Russian/Kyrgyz - English, Russian-Kyrgyz/Russian.
Potential participants (individual entrepreneurs and translation agencies) are invited to submit commercial proposals for the following package of translation services:
- written translation
- consecutive interpretation
- simultaneous interpretation
Requirements:
1. Registered company or Individual Entrepreneur with relevant registration documents.
2. Experience in the field of translation and provision of translation services.
3. Experience in working with non-governmental organizations, international organizations.
Responsibilities:
Technical Requirements:
- Effective, quality translation with adherence to agreed upon timeframes.
- Use of appropriate terminology, focusing on the nature of the activities and/or documents, as well as accuracy in language and structure;
- confidentiality of translated materials;
- professional approach;
- consecutive and/or simultaneous interpretation may be required in addition to the agreed activities, namely for meetings or other project-related activities.
Working conditions:
The selection of companies/IPs will be done through a request for quotation method.
