Kyrgyzbay Alagushev, a chairman of Rural Development Fund (RDF) Supervisory Board, made an opening speech on 15 May, 2014, at RDF’s 10th anniversary ceremony. He stated that idea to found RDF coincided with the time when the agricultural and farming sectors were suffering so much after the dissolution of the Soviet Union.
Currently RDF implements more than 20 projects aimed for rural development. There are numerous monitorings, researches and surveys. “And today my best wish is further prosperity, and we, being partners, will make everything possible to support RDF in its acitivty”, said Alagushev.
