“Strategic Support to Local Communities that Protect and Manage Natural Areas”

Within the framework of the Project, implemented with the support of the UNDP GEF SGP “Strategic Support to Local Communities that Protect and Manage Natural Areas”, on May 11, a meeting was held to discuss the interim results of the Project.

The report of the study, conducted trainings in Osh and Issyk-Kul oblasts was discussed. Cases from 9 communities were considered, such as:
• Alasan Meikin Zhamaaty @alasanmeikinzhamaaty
• Tooluu Oroon Koomu @tooluu_oroon_koomu
• Ak-Bulun ECO @akbulun
• Local community "Arashan" @arashanjamaaty
• Local community "Kogoi" @kogoi_jamaaty
