The awarding ceremony was held in Bishkek on December 21, 2022.
The state newspaper Erkin-Too organizes the "Zhyldyn Myktyasy" ("The Best/Assistant of the Year") event annually. Readers and representatives of different spheres choose nominees from among heads of social institutions, local governments and private companies; cultural figures, politicians, businessmen and sportsmen who have achieved success.
The main purpose of the award is to provide moral support to people who have contributed to the development of Kyrgyzstan.
