"Rural Development Fund" (Rural Development Fund) with the financial support of the European Union implements the project "Step Up".
The working trip of RDF team was directed to educational institutions, professional lyceums, rehabilitation centers of Chui, Naryn, Issyk-Kul regions, where introductory talks, researches were conducted.
They are as follows:
1. Vocational Lyceum No. 19 in Kemin city;
2. Day center for children with special needs "Kadam" under the NOORFPD;
3. Naryn city, Naryn regional school-lyceum named after academician Uson Asanov;
4. Vocational Lyceum No. 85 in the village of Kosh-Kul, Issyk-Kul; 4. Kosh-Kul, Issyk-Kul oblast;
5. Public organization "Aruuzhan" Karakol city;
6. Ak-Suu rehabilitation department of the Issyk-Kul Regional United Hospital.

Heads, staff of educational institutions, professional lyceums, other relevant organizations took part in the field meetings and got acquainted with the idea and objectives of the project. At present, the necessity of the project is welcomed and readiness to participate in the activities carried out within its framework and make their contribution was expressed.
