A meeting to discuss and shape the Chychkan Gorge Management Plan was held by the Rural Development Fund in Toktogul on July 23, 2022.
It was attended by representatives of the Toktogul District State Administration, Toktogul Forestry, Zhany-Zhol Aiyl Okmotu, the Union of Beekeepers of the Ketmen-Tyubinsk Valley, an association of entrepreneurs, public environmental organizations and local residents.
The event was held within the framework of the project "Improving the management of the Chychkan Gorge in Kyrgyzstan", which is implemented by the Rural Development Fund in Toktogul district of Jalal-Abad oblast. The aim of the project is to encourage local people to participate in decision-making processes and aspects of development policy.
