from December 9 to 10 in Toktogul city were held meetings with local communities and representatives of state structures, local state administration, Jany-Jolsky aiyl okmotu, forestry, with local environmentalists, regional activists, entrepreneurs and stakeholders on the project "Improvement of management of the Chychkan gorge".
The meeting included presentations of the Chychkan Gorge Management Plan and its discussion, work with maps, the announcement of the small grants program under the project, discussion of referrals and examples of grant applications, small group work with participants, and discussion of the multi-stakeholder platform.
