PF "Rural Development Fund" announces a competition for the vacancy of Project Assistant.
The main objectives and activities of the project are:
- Increasing the capacity of selected rural communities to optimize endogenous resources using renewable energy and climate resilient value chains;
- strengthening the participation of local communities and smallholder farmers in the economy, promoting inclusive and sustainable growth and creating new business models;
- supporting the participation of civil society groups in Kyrgyzstan in the application of the Paris Agreement by developing and implementing innovative actions and climate-related strategies in agriculture, energy and water sectors;
- developing mechanisms and building capacity of civil society organizations to monitor actions and results;
Core Functions:
- Assisting the project coordinator in program implementation;
- Organizational and analytical assistance in conducting research;
- assisting in the development of project implementation plans;
- preparation of project monitoring tools
Requirements
- Experience in international donor projects;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, written and oral;
- excellent knowledge of Kyrgyz and Russian language (oral and written, knowledge of English will be an advantage);
- readiness for business trips in the regions of Kyrgyzstan.
