The public fund "Rural Development Fund" in the framework of the project "Support to the development of green agriculture by local communities" announces a competition for positions of TOT trainers for representatives of pilot cooperatives/farms and teachers of pilot vocational high schools in the basics of business planning and marketing, as well as agronomic knowledge on pest and plant disease control.
Responsibilities:
Terms of Reference (ToR) available. Will be sent upon request.
Qualification requirements
- Education in economic sciences, business administration and marketing;
- Education in the field of agriculture;
- Excellent knowledge of entrepreneurial skills development;
- Skills and experience in conducting trainings in the direction of business acceleration for trainers: including the development of business projects, on the basics of marketing and agriculture, with the inclusion of the topic of pest and plant disease control;
- Opportunity to travel to the training location;
- Extensive knowledge of project target regions;
- Excellent communicative and written knowledge of Russian and Kyrgyz languages is a must.

- A cover letter detailing the coaches experience for the assignment with contact information;
- Resume including detailed work experience, education;
- Technical Proposal including a brief understanding of the objectives of the Terms of Reference, explanation and justification of the methods used, draft version of the work plan.
